Beyond Limits Project Co-Founders

As a successful business owner and passionate dentist, Lauren has always been committed to helping children in need. Her drive to create meaningful change led her to move beyond small community projects and establish a permanent solution to support those who need it most. Lauren is excited about the opportunity to lead this organization and continue her mission of improving lives. 

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and son and relaxing at her ranch just outside of Austin.

Since moving to Austin in 2009 to attend The University of Texas, Taylor has been deeply committed to education and community service. Currently working in healthcare sales, she is dedicated to making a tangible difference in the local community. She aims to leverage her background and professional experience to create meaningful, positive change. She is excited to contribute to initiatives that empower and uplift the educational community, fostering a brighter future for all. She and her husband live in South Austin and enjoy traveling and running together.

Originally from Kentucky, she moved to Austin in 2013, where she met her husband and they now have an energetic toddler-aged daughter. Her passion for working with kids led her to become a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters starting in 2017. Seeking to make an even greater impact on children’s lives, she turned her focus to the Austin ISD, believing in the power of helping right within the local community.

In her free time, Molly loves traveling, crafting, live music and spending time with her family. She is a dentist as well and owns a small private practice in South Austin.
